Thousands of people lined the streets of Hillcrest on Saturday for the annual San Diego Pride Parade, celebrating LGBTQ+ identity, community and visibility.
From roller derby skaters and spirited cheerleaders to a goth-themed parade float and countless moments of joy and self-expression, the parade showcased the many communities that make Pride both a celebration and a reminder of its roots in advocacy.
