Vigil for Alex Pretti: Nurses from UC San Diego Health and Veterans Affairs are hosting a candlelight vigil in honor of Alex Pretti, a VA nurse who was fatally shot by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in Minneapolis. Willow Tree Propagation: Tree San Diego and Lakeside’s River Park Conservancy are leading a volunteer activity to stabilize the riverbank by harvesting and planting willow cuttings.
