Newsletter: How to navigate burnout
Do you dread going back to work on Monday? Have you lost the joy you used to feel when doing the things that matter to you? Do you avoid keeping up with the news because you're worried it will all be bad?
Burnout is real, and there are ways to cope. Let's talk about it.
On July 9 at 6 p.m., we're hosting a community conversation called “A Light On Mental Health & Burnout” at San Diego Made Factory. You can reserve your free spot today.
If you know someone who would be great as a featured panelist for our event, or if you're interested in sponsoring this conversation, email kate@daylightsandiego.org.
We look forward to the conversation.
